Midwest Roof Connect (“we,” “us”) operates a free quote-matching / lead-generation website (including midwestroofconnect.com and related landing pages). We are not a roofing contractor. This stub explains how we generally handle information you submit. It is not legal advice.
Information we collect

- Project details (e.g., roof issue type, storm-related notes).

- To match you with independent licensed roofing partners and fulfill your quote request.

Sharing
When you submit a request, we may share your information with one or more roofing contractors / partners in our network so they can contact you about quotes or inspections. We may also use service providers (hosting, form processing, CRM, analytics) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your information in the everyday sense of a consumer data marketplace solely for unrelated marketing without disclosure — but lead sharing with roofing partners is the core of this service and occurs when you request a match.
Calls, texts, and consent
If you check the consent box and submit a form, you agree to be contacted as described on that form (including by automated technology, where applicable). Consent is not required to purchase goods or services from us (we don’t sell roofing). You can opt out of texts by replying STOP (where supported) and can ask us or partners to stop calling. Update this section with your actual TCPA / marketing counsel language before launch.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies or similar tools for basic site function, traffic measurement, and advertising attribution (e.g., Google Ads, Meta). Configure and disclose tools you actually install.
Data retention & security
We retain lead and contact data as needed for matching, partner relationships, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize per our internal schedule. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

- Do not submit the form if you do not want to be contacted for matching.
- Email us to update or request deletion of your contact info (subject to legal retention needs).
- Use browser controls for cookies; opt out of partner communications as offered.
Children
This service is intended for adults seeking residential roofing quotes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
